Incorrect Shipping Addresses

If the order has already been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address, and any re-shipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
Lost or Stolen Packages
VernisVisage is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office.
