Return Policy

At VernisVisage, we hope you’re thrilled with your beauty purchase, and our commitment to you extends beyond delivery. To ensure your return process is smooth and hassle-free, we offer the following services:
Our return policies allow a 30-day return period on all jewelry purchases. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and undamaged. Please ensure that all packaging, tags, and accessories are included. Returns initiated after 30 days or for items not in good condition may not be accepted.
Return by mail: Use the Online Order Return Label form to start your return or exchange and:
1. Indicate reason for return.
2. Print the prepaid USPS return shipping label.
3. Securely package the item with original packaging materials and drop it off at any USPS location.
We recommend insuring the package for the amount you originally paid for the item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2-3 days.
Please note:
1. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. If the returned item is damaged or not in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at KTShopSimply@gmail.com, and we will assist you with the process.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at KTShopSimply@gmail.com

Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the product is defective or incorrect. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at KTShopSimply@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
